A few weeks ago I went to Thursday Nite Live at the John Varvatos Store it's one of many cool events where industries collide. The store use to be CBGB (legendary venue for live music). The first thursday of every month they have a live performance with free drinks and free admission (you must RSVP). This month they had Tommy Stinson and The Jamie Mcclean band. The crowd is very diverse. After getting the first glass of my free whiskey, I saw some old school rockers, hot college chicks fom NYU and even bumped into Jake Gylinhall (I spelled that wrong didn't I)
